Bob Rauch founded this firm in 1979 after serving as Talbot County Engineer and Director of Public Works. He understood something most consultants don’t: when you live in the community you serve, every project is personal. That philosophy hasn’t changed.
Today, under the leadership of Casey Rauch, P.E., we’ve grown to over 50 professionals serving more than 300 clients—with projects across Maryland, the nation, and around the world. But our roots remain right here on Harrison Street in downtown Easton.
