RAUCH inc., an Easton, Maryland based engineering and architectural consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Cathy McFadden has joined their team as their new Office Manager.
"Our firm has grown from a small engineering firm to a full-service professional services firm with 49 employees," said Casey Rauch, President of RAUCH inc. "Given her capabilities and background, Cathy will play an integral role as we continue building out our team and building on the services we offer our clients."
McFadden has worked in office administration and human resources for over 30 years, having moved to Maryland from Pennsylvania in 1994. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in HR and office operations, including building HR departments from the ground up. She is well-versed in benefits administration, performance management, and improving operational efficiency.
