Project Overview
RAUCH inc. provided full architectural and MEP design services and structural engineering for several ground-up and tenant fit-out projects for KRM Development Corporation including the Dixon Valve Boss Manufacturing Building, the Dixon Valve Distribution Center, and KRM's corporate headquarters. The headquarters building is a 100,000 sq. ft. facility with slab on-grade foundation system, full mechanical systems, insulation, and a sprinkler system.
