RAUCH inc. provided architectural design, MEP engineering, civil and survey, and construction management services for the renovation and expansion of the existing cinemas facility at the Tred Avon Circle Shopping Center in Easton, Maryland.
Project services included renovation of and addition to the existing theater facilities. Theaters 3 and 4 received complete renovation and replacements, while Theaters 3 and 5 were expanded.
New interior partitions, egress hallways, ADA-compliant restroom facilities, and a new box office were included. Phased construction allowed the facility to remain operational during construction.
