RAUCH inc. is providing architectural and engineering services for the renovation and restoration of the 209 Port Street former site of the Mt. Pisgah Church.
Purchased by Polaris Village Ministries (PVM), the building will be renovated to provide classrooms for infant to second grade, a multi-purpose room to serve as a library, dining and worship space, a commercial kitchen, and playground.
The Church dates to the early 1900s and has a rich history with area families. This will serve as a feeder school to the BAAM Academic Center.
